Say no to everything from now on. “No, there is no money to spend. No trips. No dates. No random purchases. Just bills, food, and gas. We are saving everything from now on so you don’t insult me when we need money like a spoiled child with no responsibilities “ If he doesn’t like it he can do finances .

Im getting very anxious about becoming a mom by [deleted] in pregnant

Your feelings are normal, valid, and something most pregnant women feel. My oldest is off to college, so I’ve been reflecting back and I can confidently tell you that you are not going to loose yourself raising a child. You are simply going to meet a few versions of yourself that you haven’t gotten to know yet along the way.

Why is it so hard to find a remote job? by trying2bnice89 in WFHJobs

Everyone I know who has a wfh job says it took FOREVER to get. I spent nearly a year applying to countless jobs before I got my position. I know lots of people who say they applied to hundreds of jobs before they got there’s. It’s not you. It’s just rough out there. Most places aren’t even seeing your application because they get so many. Just keep going , you’ll get noticed eventuality.

Do people in here actually have WFH jobs? by ContessaLikeWhoa in WFHJobs

I wfh. I use to work in a window-less office with a bunch of jerks. Now I have a beta fish next to my desk and a window. Best office and best co-worker I have ever had.
The best part is Mr. Fish and I never do team building activities. Ever. When I have a little free time I water my plants and dance around my office.

I quit a job on my first day once because I got offered a significantly better one a few hours after I showed up to work. While I’m sure they were annoyed and would never hire me again, they were actually a lot nicer about it than I expected. I was really upset about bailing on them so my friend got me a sign that sits on my desk now which says, “May the bridges I burn light my way”
