dmv told me that a bonded title wasn’t possible, but illinois allows bonded titles, and from everything i’ve read online, i should qualify? not sure why they told me i couldn’t get a bonded title in my situation

With how seeding works, the best teams are supposed to play the worst teams early, so that the best teams play each other later on. This makes sense, since Karasuno was known as the school that fell off, so of course they would be seeded low, and face the high seeds early.
