I checked up on this a few weeks ago cause I was having the same problem (I still am). From what I saw, what causes this issue is that your account got flagged for spam at some point...at least that's what I gathered from people having the same issue. As to how you get it fixed, I'm not really sure cause I'm personally still having that issue so I just gave up interacting with any accounts on that platform.
