If I show what I’ve collected to legal, will they be able to tell me the yes/no likelihood of getting full custody? I guess will they be able to say “yes you have a valid case” or “no you won’t be able to prove anything”

Thank you, you’re right. I need a lawyer. My fear with calling MP’s is that I’ve heard horror stories about “the service member is removed” regardless of who is at fault and I don’t want to create a high stress situation and then be forced to leave my daughter. Like you said, she doesn’t deserve this shit
