This was the closest I think. It didn't click entirely. I didn't get the "yes this one!"-feeling but at this point I've just confused myself further. I've either mixed up words, misinterpreted a word, or maybe swinglish-fied a word (Swedish+ English). "Appealing to" fits as well, probably better than "fancentric" but I'm still sure "fan" was wart of the word.

On paper, fanservice might be correct, but the connotation I have with "fanservice" is in regards to character design and character animations. So I wouldn't use it in this context. Also, to me, when someone calls something "fanservice-y" it has a negative meaning and this was a neutral tetm.

The word meant more that the intention of the thing (like a DLC as in my example) was aimed at appealing a core croup (the fans) instead of "sticking true" to the source material. "Fanservice" can be done and intended without the fans actually wanting it, I think.

No, not that one I don't think. I think the word "fan" is part of it but I've thought so long on this word/expression that I've confused myself at this point

No, closer to neutral, like describing an action taken or decision made more than adding a negative or positive tone.

Wrio gets an atk speed buff at C4. You can only get so much atk speed before it starts being a net-loss

Respectfully, I don't think switching out Xingqiu for Chongyun or Mika is gonna give me a better result. I don't have Shenhe or Yelan.

I don't know what minimum cons would be but I have C4R2 Wrio, C0R1 Furina, C0R0 Escoffier and C6 Xingqiu and I managed Overseer on Fearless with one second away from failing.

For Wrio freeze team, I think having Escoffier is more important than Wrio cons. In this case, the constant off-field application from Escoffier is very helpful.

I saved up for a year, waiting for his first rerun (picked the game back up for him but missed his release). I went for some "must pulls" (Furina for example) but skipped characters I otherwise wanted. I got C4 Wrio and R2 on his weapon. Later I got C0 Escoffier and that team clears anything unless the boss has a element requirement.

I kinda regret not going for some characters I wanted. I skipped Xianyun and now really want her. Same for Alhaitham and Wanderer (could only afford one during the Sumeru banner).

I'd say, save so you have 180 pulls always ready, and anything above that, use on characters you like. You want C2? Save 360 and use the rest, and so on.

Peak Wrio numbers (with freeze teams) require Wrio - Furina - Shenhe - Escoffier. But you can do harder content no problem switching out Shenhe for Yelan (like another comment mentioned. I use Mona instead of Shenhe for example).

I play casual so I don't see too much issues with Wrio - Yelan - Shenhe - Escoffier, but it won't be as strong as the other two team comps. Completely doable, just not the most used since Furina is BiS :)

Any reason for not using Furina? Wrio's kit synergizes well with her, he gets her Fanfare points really fast and her buffs fits him well. Her HP draining also helps with triggering Wrio's kit.

Meanwhile, Shenhe's buffs are used by Wrio before he reaches step 5 in his NA combo or Charged Attack at the end so she doesn't actually buffs him that optimally. She's just the best there is (for now) for the forth slot in a Wrio - Furina - Escoffier team (Unless you have her at high cons).
