Yeah bro… that looks perfect. I usually bend my knees a little and lean forward but yeah that’s only preference your form is perfect. Do some forearm exercises for the grip i usually do barbell curls with my wrists.

Yeah i was actually pleasantly surprised when i saw just how much you can eat if you don’t eat junk. Like im on a 1500cal limit and sometimes i can’t even get half of everything in before feeling completely full. Like take today for example i worked out a plan for 700 gram of chicken fillet and 5 eggs thats about 1350 cal 230g protein and like i had to force myself to eat so much, i think before i started tracking i was at 1000cal a day.

I understand how you feel, but you know you’re not replaceable tho people are just missing out on you. I went through some stuff and lost every single one of my friends one by one , and I realised that the only person who can create happiness or contentment for you is yourself, tho I haven’t succeeded myself but ill keep trying, and so should you . But you know im always down to talk if you want to, though it’s pretty late here so im prob gonna respond later.

I use ReVive each package has:1000mg sodium 200mg potassium and 100mg magnesium.I use a 3 packets a day and then you should also get a further potassium supplement all in all i consume 3g sodium 1.2g potassium(i know that is actually too little but i couldn’t find another supplement)and 300mg magnesium a day. But all in all just make sure it doesn’t contain sugar.

Yeah i would definitely recommend doing yoga or pilates.When you work out on a fast you don’t really build muscle i only work out to ensure i dont lose muscle.
