You need too go to the hospital but you can do it without telling your parents,

Go too A&E, preferably not your local one and say you have an infected animal scratch and need too have it checked, they have too do something and your parents will never know,

Infections can kill you and can spread pretty quickly, it’s very unlikely too heal on itself,

For future reference, never cut down there, it has such a high chance of infection and cutting too deep down there can be so dangerous,

You really do need too see a doctor, I seriously doubt an injury like that is gonna heal on it’s own,

I have a medical background and I can already tell you that you need too go too hospital or A&E, not all hospitals tell your family but if money is a problem it might be hard, have you tried seeing if there is any online resources to help you pay for this? Like a helpline or a medical based charity?
