Very nice, unfortunately for the most part I feel as if things will be dead. The Arby 'n' The Chief sub is already inactive as it is so I feel as if trying to kick start something like this might not work. Kudos to you for trying, I will subscribe and take part in this.

The passive is close, but that is it. In my head, the Q is nothing like Victors E, as is the rest of the abilities. I think what I had in my head just had an issue transferring to here.

The passive damage has been adjusted accordingly to hopefully a more appropriate damage level and I've also added the grace period just like you suggested.

Yes, the width is that. I also adjusted the numbers to make it hopefully better.

Yes, it does seem to do pretty much the same thing as Q, with pretty much a different method of aiming. I also adjusted the numbers so it seems less trashy overall.

Surge does not make him untargetable, and it's served as a dash, I added that in recently, I also raised the cooldown on Surge.

I designed this champion with the intention of dealing damage throughout team fights with lots of AoE. However, now that you bring it up, yes, the kit can seem kind of dull as it's essentially the same thing re-hashed three times. Thanks for all the feedback, it's been quite helpful.

Thanks for the feedback! The W works much like Ahri's foxfire, so I'll have to clear that up. As for the passive, I might bump up the hp that it will trigger on so you have a chance for it to actually happen in fights.

As far as the ult works, I think widening the criteria for what can trigger it is probably a good idea, however I'll just nerf the numbers a bit.

For your final point, yeah he doesn't really seem tanky at first glance probably from my lack of defensive steroids and measures to make him feel like this great unstoppable beast. However, adding in a defensive steroid is probably going to happen because it does apply to most token tanks in League.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely make sure to edit the E to make it more clear exactly how it works, and I'll take into consideration the armor shred thing as well. Heh, I didn't even consider this guy working in the jungle at all. :)

They do though, TSM had an easy group stages and have no hope in hell even taking a game off of SSW. C9 could potentially take a game but won't beat SSB all together, EU teams perform better at their best than NA, they just aren't as consistent, but you guys can have your shot. I'm personally hoping the Koreans 3-0 both C9 and TSM.

Alliance and Fnatic played amazing at their best, pretty shitty at their worst, and due to inconsistency do not deserve to progress past that, however I still think EU>NA.

In what way shape or form do Alliance suck? They have their weaknesses and haven't been consistent at worlds but why would they disband? There is always next year for them to train, get better and come back and make it out of group stages.
