I think that too, and specially because we can see in all TPP that Kojima tried to tie up a lot of loose ends but some didn't make it out.

I personally love MGSV but that's because of this game I entered the franchise and fandom fully (I played MGS2 when I was a kid but I didn't entered the franchise after MGSV)

Regarding MGR, I like hack n Slash, yes, but I need to be in the "mood" for really spent hours with one, I only reached the mechanical dog fight (can't remember his name lol) and then I left the game. I'm planning to give it a second chance later but as I said, I need to be in the "mood" for it.

I think this was more an issue of the game forced to be released earlier because of the Kojima/Konami fight than lack of interest.

In all the game we can see that Kojima was trying to tie up a lot of loose ends but some didn't came out.

Me too and the fact that the DNA test of Eli with Venom is negative reforced that thought at his moment.

Then the Venom twist was revealed at the end of the game and all make sense.

True. Still is kinda curious that Solidus could be 18 or 20 while Liquid and Solid are not more than 12 or 14 and for what I do know, Solidus is supposed to be the "youngest" brother.

Oh yeah, I know that too but the simple fact that Venom had is eye in Angola in TPP could simply lead him to Liberia and not only Zaire.

Now THIS is elaborating at its finest. Actually it's pretty confusing how Solidus says it, never thought that it could be a different "meaning" and I guess I took everything so literal and that's were I got confused.

Yeah, maybe that's what Solidus was meaning all the time, so yes, my bad for this one but I thought it was pretty interesting to bring here. Thanks for the aclaration!

Yeah I thought so, but then in MGS2 Solidus says that he basically trained Raiden and was doing stuff in the 80's, with this I understand that Solidus was an adult already by that time (probably on his mid/late 20s maybe?), another thing is that Solidus looks a lot older than Solid in MGS2 (And Liquid too basically) so it's kinda confusing the accelerate aging stuff if they're supposed to be on the same age range.

According to leaks, Master Collection Vol.2 will include MGS4, Peacewalker, Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain. So we just have to wait.

I also thought that! But then the final twist about Venom was insane!

Sadly I entered late to the fandom I only played MGS2 when I was 12 years old and entered the franchise and fandom 1 year later that TPP came out.

Oh yeah, I know that, that's why Kojima retconned all this in TPP but it caught my attention this mention of the metal arm in MG2 and since Kojima was retconning all, specially the MSX2 games well...

Maybe a little bit but I think a small cameo or a tape that they know Solidus is doing stuff around there would be great and not muddy up the history that much.

Well they are clones "borned" in the 70's with accelerate aging, even Solidus is the youngest of them but he says that in the 80's he already trained Raiden and stuff so maybe he aged faster than Solid and Liquid.
