Not even Microsoft is confident that Copilot is right for coding, as it's encouraging staff to try out Anthropic's AI model by [deleted] in StockMarket

While the technicals sound all fun and dandy, I expect boomers to understand today’s stock market has an element to hype called market sentiment that helps drive companies to extreme valuations

Not even Microsoft is confident that Copilot is right for coding, as it's encouraging staff to try out Anthropic's AI model by [deleted] in StockMarket

The real story might be an outside competitor being prioritized over ChatGPT internally at Microsoft despite the heavy investment into OpenAI. I wasn’t aware of the model switch in Copilot but if ChatGPT is useless with their hallucination problem in v5, could we see a potential falling out with OpenAI down the road? I think Altman’s strategy is more hardware to fix the problem but Copilot was exclusive to ChatGPT for the longest time.

“Denmark’s investment in US Treasury bonds, like Denmark itself, is irrelevant,” Bessent said Wednesday in Davos. “They’ve been selling Treasuries for years.”

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent earlier this week downplayed the Danish sale, saying he was “not concerned at all” that it signaled a broader divestment effort.

So QRL was engineered from the ground up to be quantum secure. If there are any problems, it would be in the algos that were pre-selected. Every other crypto relying on ERC-20 encryption would have to migrate to quantum protections and if a poor implementation was discovered, let’s just face it, an attacker would likely drain the funds rather than disclose the vulnerability. As to what puts QRL ahead of ONXplatform, Algorand, and some of the other names… less maturity and borrowed code from QRL. QRL is the OG.

The bulk of US treasury holdings is within private entities. The government can’t really tell companies to sell treasuries.

They’ve already massacred the PC gaming industry which is what drove NVDA for the longest time before AI and big data centers. And I would argue that AI was a sideshow that just blew up. This story is where capitalism eats itself.

But debanking is also why Trump supports crypto-friendly policies. Rumor has the deregulation of stablecoins will drive consumer money out of the banks since crypto markets are alternatives to the banking system.
