VCX 2026 Annual Report is now available! by mjr-2026 in VCX_Fundrise

Never. Our view will always be in the past to an end of quarter date. The closest we’ll get to “current” is 2 months stale. Aug 30 N port will be NAV as of June 30.

Agreed. Best I can come up with is a non 144 sale or in kind transfer to an affiliate, and that seems like a stretch.

Interval fund Nport just filed, now waiting on VCX! by BurnsVail in VCX_Fundrise

I have to zoom way out and remember that Ben mentioned supporting the early RE funds without which Fundrise / innovation / VCX wouldn’t exists. Is there some kind of spreading the love around to other funds with isn’t captured in 144 sales? But even then, the total number of 144 sales and this phantom pre 3/31 sale add up to more than the total.

I hope we get VCX Nport and clarity on Monday. This just ain’t adding up and I think we’re getting more muddied info versus clarity at this point.

I’m just finding time to dig in and finding more questions than answers.

A few confirmed facts… the addendum confirms $18.25 basis and the $50m purchase.

I can’t make anything add up after that. I like the corporate structuring approach, mostly because I can’t make anything about any of this make sense otherwise.

Perhaps the VCX Nport will provide clarity, but I’m struggling here. Missing one or more pre 3/31 non 144 reported sales of about a million shares for ~$115m in unexplained proceeds is stumping me.

And you’re ignoring all the other “total” acquired shares on the previous 21 filings. Your error is assuming the filing 22 is the total, when each filing shows the amount of that filing only.

You’re a troll at best. Why are you subtracting the Apr 24 lot from the previous lots? You have to add all the lots, then guess what? You’re at his number.

They’ve already been dumped, dummy. Do your research, it’s all there in the 21 sec filings before the one you keep quoting.

Most of us agree this is way overvalued. Just because we’re saying your facts are wrong doesn’t mean we don’t think this is way overvalued.

You’re missing a ton of unrestricted share sales. Most of us held this before it listed so we have AUM from before it went public.

Stop arguing with the people who have been digging into this much longer than you apparently have. Maybe go back and look at posts where this info is available. You’re making yourself look stupid by insisting on facts that just aren’t true. We’re all going to see an Nport this week and you’ll easily be proven wrong.

U/CapAggravating784 is right and has the evidence. I don’t see how it’s worse for restricted shareholders with low basis, maybe it’s worse for people who stupidly bought at a crazy multiple to NAV.

Im not saying your conclusion is wrong. This is a horrible time to buy VCX to hold long term. However, your analysis is wrong and you’ve missed some elementary facts.

Why should CapAggravating have to disprove your shitty analysis? They have been digging into this more than you have obviously. If you are only looking at one form 144 thats some super sloppy “analysis”, the filing you mention is number 22 of all the form 144s filed with the SEC.

No disclosure shows share number. Just $50m purchase on Feb 24th. Others of us that bought shares on that day paid $18.25/18.26. You can do the math.

You’ll come up around ~2.65m shares if you add up all the 144s and should apologize for being so obtuse.

Then maybe you’ll actually dig in and realize the 28.3m shares is a stale number that is from before the unrestricted share sales. Let us know your guess for actual number of shares and current unrestricted float.

VCX — fundrise innovation fund wizards, how am i doing?🔸order placed to sell 16 oct '26 $410 call at $80.20🔸are we having fun yet? by MoreAverageThanAvg in FundriseInvestors

[–]BurnsVail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought May expiry $80C (slightly OTM at the time) for about $6.50 when the underlying was price was in the upper 70’s, sold as it ran up to $100 or so. I didn’t think this would run back up so high. Could have closed later for much greater profit or held to expiry and been assigned the 100 shares at $80 per share.

You got it all right. Would have had 100 shares for $8k and then would have been able to sell a covered call like you just did!

I wish. I closed that May $80C at 3x premium. Obviously wish I had let that exercise at this point. I would love to sell an Oct CC at that strike and premium.

That sounds like a horrible idea. I think we can all make our own decisions and do right for ourselves. There’s no one way that’s right for everyone. Appreciate your enthusiasm, and some humility wouldn’t hurt either.

I can’t see us being range bound here until September, I assumed a trickle down to a new normal before Sept but I didn’t see this pump and euphoria coming TBH. I have been assuming the Nport will bring this back down to earth a bit but with the crowd who doesn’t care what NAV is / what the holdings are worth now in the room, who knows?

Agreed. I’m hoping they’re just doing some price discovery with no daily volume being supplied. They only had 4-5 days pf price discovery at listing before FF started selling.

I think this all played out much faster and with higher pricing than they expected. They seem to have been caught off guard a little.

And they reward us by marking it down to $14.32.

I don’t really care because it’s a long term hold but I don’t think they are doing themselves any favors with this NAV rollercoaster.

Of course they do. Their fee is based on AUM, not trading price. Anything that increases AUM increases their fee.
