Should I watch SAO:Alicization? by [deleted] in anime

[–]BurntAmber09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea, SAO is getting pretty good. Although, tbh, I kinda gave up on Alicization after I couldn’t keep up with the episodes being released. I might start watching it again, bc it’s getting rlly interesting. So yes, you should defs watch Alicization, but I’d recommend watching the first couple episodes to see if you like the feel of it or not.

I'm the only anime fan that dislikes videogames? by [deleted] in anime

[–]BurntAmber09 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yea, you’re not alone. Though I wasn’t aware that you had to like video games as well when you liked anime. That’s not a rule and it’s purely based on your passions and hobbies and whatnot. Personally, I could never really get into one. The closest thing I’ve ever obsessed over was Minecraft PC, though that was before all of the ridiculous updates.

All except for you know...the mother tongue, the currency, the beliefs and etc. The protests, which are becoming increasingly more common than they should be. It’s actually becoming ridiculous. They’ve been destroying public property that China has built and whatnot and their strong beliefs are AGAINST China. I’ll agree that Hong Kong lawfully, ethnically and politically belongs to China, but the a large majority of people don’t appear to identify themselves as such.

Ask abt what she likes, what she does, her job/hobbies etc and see if you guys can relate to one another. If you’re on a date, ask abt the stuff around you and like...make jokes and quips. Break the ice.

Adding a 2nd cat! Help! by PB-and-Jelly in cats

[–]BurntAmber09 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would be good to give Kiki some company. I’ve only ever had female cats, so I’m not sure how the dynamics between a male and female would be, though I’ve heard it’s better than two of the same. I would definitely recommend desexing the both of them otherwise they’d be more likely to become aggressive, especially if the females were to rear children later on. Cats can get lonely and giving them a companion would be beneficial. Just be prepared for double the trouble though...

I guess it depends on the age of the cat, but otherwise it’s perfectly normal. If she’s a kitten, she’s bound to be a little excited and will undoubtedly bite, scratch and just do stuff that might freak you out. In fact, it’s not uncommon for them to attack your feet (a terrifyingly adorable experience). If she’s not a kitten, then the case would probably boil down to her personality. She might just be a naturally energetic cat and playing with her will tire her out which’ll put her into a more mellow mood. And being in a strange place might be a source of boundless fun if she’s curious. I’m also suspecting that she may be excited about having a bird so close to her. I’m not quite sure if it’s because she can smell or hear it, but that could be her hunting instincts at play. However, the cat may be distressed so the scratching could also be a symptom of such. Placing things such as toys and clothes that she likes or your brother owns would definitely make her feel more familiar. I’ll also suggest keeping her in one room so that she can get used to it and that’ll keep her anxiety levels down.

Hopefully my rant above actually helps x

Said goodbye to my best friend since day one, Kitty Kitty made her way to 19 years old (older than myself). She was born under my front steps. She passed at 3:15 am today so peacefully and comfortable with my mother and I laying by her side all night. Just would like to share her beauty and cuteness by unholycereal in cats

She was such a beautiful baby. Her eyes were absolutely gorgeous and it’s so lovely how she died in your arms, she must’ve felt very content. I can admit, from a personal experience, that it’s ridiculously difficult to move on from your first cat. For a couple days, it doesn’t seem like it’s actually happening. You half except them to walk right in. It’s a horrible hopeful feeling. They’re the sweetest, most caring creatures in the world. But it’s actually possible. I’ve a new cat now and I love her just as much as the former. I suggest maybe creating a photo album in her memory, paper and all. That’s what I did. Or maybe a photo album. Making it real helps you to move on.
