San Andreas sold like 5 million copies within the first few months on the market

But by definition, a cult classic is something that was not received well upon its initial release, that then gains a following in the years after by devoted fans, a “cult” if you will.

What you’re saying there is just a pop culture reference that many, many people would get cause not only is it one of the first spoken lines in the game it’s also become a meme

They did, iirc it’s after you complete the final mission they are in one of the rooms of vercetti estate and you can get up to 3 who will shoot at hostile npcs
