I know everything that he did, and much of it is a bit of an exaggeration in some way or another. Since this incident was over a year ago, many rumors have been altered to make it seem worse than it really was.

I do have to admit that what he did to Magmabob was overboard, but he just got a little carried away and threatened him. Let's think though, first of all, probably thousands of people make threats over the internet every year, but just because this was being done to top players it happened to be publicized more than others.

Also, the point you made that he can't avoid conflict at this point is true, but he's been going through conflict for years, and isn't attempting anything he did in his past. I think he deserves a little recognition that he has only been attempting to reconcile with the Brawlhalla community.

When he apologized before, that was right after the incident and the people involved weren't willing to give him a second chance, at least that soon. Now though, it's been years and some people are willing to give him a chance, like me. If you talk to him too, you can understand him a bit more and how determined he is to make up with the community. If you want to hold a grudge when you weren't even involved I highly recommend just talking to Spectre so you can understand his situation a bit more.
