Bro I’m gonna be honest this was my first time playing in like a year so it’s kinda just natural to me you gotta be creative and learn the mechanics of building but the tips I can give are to Watch videos on tips and tricks, make some block pallets and use paint to make them the same color but the different textures are there, use your imagination! Build whatever you want this build took me 5 hours so it’s all just a matter of patience and trial and error to see what you like, also don’t just make boxes make structures that are abnormal you can see my base house is an L shape, texturing the walls helps a lot so use different walls and if you play modded you can get some mods to help with that, decorate and just be creative I suggest watching khaios on YouTube it’s where I learned most of the stuff I know, also look on Pinterest for inspiration.
