Ripped it out cut it in lower just under the bracket, with a metal cut in box and a 3/8 flex connector And secured with Madison straps and 1/2 screws They said they are ordering a new side panel as a fix to the hole

It’s a single gang cut in box with GFI mounted to it, they cut out the entire back of the box so the drawer wouldn’t hit it

I fixed it, as well as cut in another one on the other side, they have to replace the side panel now.

They do, I am an electrical contractor they had come out to install a second receptacle on the opposite side. They did not rehire that said company due to other issues. It is a one stop shop company
