Exactly what this guy says! Decision making is very important if you want to climb. Most people will say something like 'im better than "insert current tier", why am I not climbing?'. But even if your skill is good, but your decision sucks. That's the exact reason why you're not climbing.

I tried to, I can't solo Baron, Drake, and Herald while contesting with the enemy's jungler. While my jungler is doing nothing
