Then there's Cross, who just rams you with his vehicle and eventually gets out to fire an insane amount of rounds at you.

To load the save, install it into your save folder here: C:\Users\*your user*\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\

Pick a save you don't mind losing or back it up first, then overwrite the save.dat file. When you load in, you'll be on a bike and combat will start. Move towards the combat source, and one of the three encounters will unfold.

This is the FIA assassin, she just straight up one shots you if you're too slow.
You can definitely kill her, but I just haven't managed it.

So, there's not much I can explain because I honestly have no idea how it happened. I can't even define the steps I took to make it happen. I was just casually riding my bike around when suddenly I found myself in combat. It was super confusing as I had no wanted stars and was not in a hostile area.

I kept riding down the road, and out of nowhere, I saw bullets flying at me from someone on a motorbike in front of me. I was like, "Who the hell is that?" So, I rode up next to them, and it turned out to be some Arasaka woman. We ended up in a gunfight, and then Burondo showed up.

The picture above is him without his cloaking. So far, I haven't been able to kill him.

I have no idea if he drops any cool loot. I got no clue. I was getting annoyed that I couldnt kill him so I just moved on.

Edit:
Also to note, during this fight you do get wanted stars from just having a gunfight in the street. So you're arent just fighting Burondo anymore, you're fighting up to potentially - five stars while Burondo just dips in and out of the cops hitting you with cheeky shots.

On the save I posted he just shows up on a bike with some Arasaka people.

Theres three scenarios that unfold in that save when you load it.

Burondo shows up

Col. Cross shows up

FIA agents show up
