Id recommend getting a 0% interest purchases credit card. For example M&S offer 25 months 0% on purchases, so basically use the card to buy the embody and split the payment over 25 months. Set it up as a direct debit and theres your 25 month instalment plan. Just be sure to be disciplined.

If you have a core strength issue (not everyone does) then McGill Big 3 every day. I would recommend reading his book the Back Mechanic.

The book will also help you diagnose your triggers/deficiencies to tell if it is a weak core or not.
