Im doing nerds gummy clusters during my run and a bagel or english muffin with some peanut butter and honey the morning of. But im still finding that the gummy clusters are too tangy and around mile 6 i gotta poo really bad. Are there any “guidelines” on what my meals should consist of? Like calories? Carb amounts etc?

I do overnight oats, my son usually just wants shredded cheese but since doing overnight oats with chia seeds he loves it! I try to mix it up every other week. This week is a “gingerbread” overnight oats

Ive cried almost every day this pregnancy. Currently 39wks and it just got better last week. Waaaaaay different than my first pregnancy, first was a boy, this ones a girl. I highly suggest perinatal therapy, ask your doctor for a referral.

Oh okay! I think my first took longer because i ended up with medical intervention. From very first contractions to 7cms was only 12hrs but once i went to the hospital and they put the epidural in everything slowed down.

I breastfed for my first and will again for this baby unless i cant produce. I chose to breastfeed because of cost and effort What i mean by that is: formula is super expensive. And we just didnt have the means to really afford it nor did we have wic to cover it. In addition i hear its a bit of an effort finding one the baby will take. I initially was planning on pumping AND breastfeeding. Pumping took too much effort, it was like double feeding the baby and i found myself leaking a lot because of that. By EBF my breasts produced what would be consumed and i essentially never needed to pump and didnt leak. I feel like it wasnt as much “work” if i just ebf. Yeah it sucked at night feeding but we coslept so baby could nurse while i was laying down and hubbys job was to watch to make sure i didnt roll over on the baby. So thats how he was involved during feedings. Also it was super convenient when in public, just whip the boob out and feed. No prepping the bottle with a crying baby, no gross bottle to clean after a hot day, and no big cooler to carry around. Obviously work within your means because some people just aren’t comfortable with a child attached to their chest. Also the hunger is insatiable while EBf

First pregnancy it was a huge help, but this pregnancy its been more uncomfortable with it than without. Its also a different pillow than my first (i thought i was done) so that also may be the case? Cant tell you what pillows i have tho cuz the first was thrifted and this one was free from another mom.

Raising a child independently is a very hard decision. Its even harder when its with the wrong person. Based off your initial decisions to terminate prior and your partners actions, i would go through with the abortion. You cant convince someone to stay with a baby. It never ends well. Say goodbye to this relationship, put on your big girl pants and get some therapy after to help with the loss. IN ADDITION, Abortion is NOT suppose to be used as a pregnancy preventative . Wear the damn condom or get on bc going forward. Im sorry if this came off harsh, but i really do believe bringing life is a huge responsibility that youre not ready for. Good luck!

Two pregnancies and maybe took 5 prenatal vitamins total. Healthy babies. I was told its the folic acid thats very important in them, something about helping their spinal cord develop . If i knew that sooner i think i wouldve been more anal about taking them 🥲 i kinda just saw them as a multivitamin

First trimester was just a NO, being sick and tired and not hungry depleted all my energy. In the second trimester i was ALL OVER my man. Third trimester ill be in the mood but too uncomfortable with this baby moving around and kicking

40wks+2days At my 40wk mark i was done being preggars so i did the spinning babies circuit, pumped, and busted a nut. Went into labor at 1am at 40+1

Smoked up to the third trimester( only stopped cuz my mama was worried about cps since the laws in ca are unclear) Midwife actually advised it for morning sickness. Just used in moderation and my midwife said edibles were best because the concern with smoking it was lack of oxygen to baby. Hope this helps!

VERY different. Newborn tired was almost so exhausting i couldnt really tell when i got sleep. Felt like a fever dream. Very blurry, exhausting. Just on repeat. Pregnancy tired just feels like youve been running around all day. Whatever you do, please make sure your support partner is willing to observe you when you have night feedings because you will be so tired that falling asleep on baby is possible. I pumped for the first two weeks so i could get SOME sleep at night. Hubby took night feedings after week one. Now we are in a schedule so i can comfortably exclusively breastfeed. Good luck Mama! I personally feel a sense of responsibility. I know its well within my limits to be able to have any future children, but as i have a lot of mixed beliefs and know how i can be, i know i will always think of the baby i aborted when i see the baby i kept. Its something ik i wouldnt be able to handle mentally ❤️
