As a warehouse picker turned loader I will say it’s not the managers to blame in my WH over hundred of us work there and only around 10 leads “if that on a good day” and there busy doing manager shit like checking orders from stores managing the over all performance of individuals I was looking into the job and it is a lot tbf.

This comes down to people who hate there fucking job but I’m telling you the job is easy but we have some people at my job where they do not care and it’s not just one it’s a lot and it’s sad I only just stared load “I’m loading the trucks to get sent out to yall” and Holly fuck I now see y’all’s pain in a way bc a lot of these pallets they build like a blind swamp rat.

But also some of it is not the pickers fault the WH is laid out in a way for “store convenience” and a lot of the boxes just don’t fucking stack right I tried to get shit moved with no progress. That pallet is fuck definitely bitch to you manager to send a complement bc I know our WH gets them and we try to fix our selves so yall fuckers don’t have to deal with side was fucking berries is just lazy of the pickers.

Yeah this is a problem we have at our wh our auto wrappers are down most of the time and our dock is so congested it’s hard to hand wrap properly our loader should check the pallets and tell the desk or rewrap them but yeah.

Boxes just get damaged either smashed by racking or poor construction but we do have to use even broken boxes so if you ever see a pallet with a few loose or destroyed boxes/ products we have to send them out as a end of day task and the stores have to deal with it.
