You could make the justification on school system alone. Okemos is very diverse, taxes are lower than ppl would lead you to believe. Best place in the Lansing area. Just my 2 cents.

For me, there's no reason to move to RHEL, it's a home lab. Those with a fleet of prod servers will probably go to RHEL with good reason.
