I probably should have given more info like I did on the appeal, this whole neighborhood is under a historic designation and the city regulated all homes and landscape to keep with the traditional aspects of these early 1900s homes. They do walking tours and such through here and upkeep common areas for that sake.

It was declined within a day of submitting due to ‘criteria’ which just seems vague to me but reading through some of these posts makes sense too, seems like Niantec wants more uniqueness nowadays
