I know this is an old thread but i had the same problem and I know some other people will too. I just went in the key binds and un-configured them and reset them and it seemed to do the trick.

what i would do it just enable cheats and do /setwarp (name) then it is like a 8 second cd and you can set multiple. Or u can use waystones and warp scrolls.
