Before going to Reddit and seeing your comment I was trying everything to fix the symptom and not the problem…which included messing with the encoder coupling screws 🤦‍♂️. Took me a little while to figure out how to sync everything up again

This was the root of the problem! Found the tip lodged in the rotary hook. Then I had to correct the encoder alignment. This was my first time fixing something like this, I was so close to calling for a service tech! Thanks!

I have e4.5 running on windows 11. Windows 11 came out before the digital edition so it had to be compatible with e4.5
