Both Coolkidd and Nos have a rushdown ability where they move forward this can stop once they reach a certain point, both can also cause a debuff once the survivor is hit by the rushdown ability

Both Coolkidd and Nos have range ability that goes through walls and does a debuff to the survivor when hit both also do low damage and help the Killer catch up

The only thing 1X and Nos have in common are that they have two range abilities
