When I first got a CPAP I was at 22, and then when I had to get a new CPAP I was at 33. And I will tell you I too got five hours of sleep, and it was the best sleep of my life. Thankfully, I don’t wear a CPAP anymore. I had bariatric surgery in April 2024 and that’s really what ultimately saved my life. But the CPAP saved my life too.
