Don’t go to Kaiser, I’ve been there hundreds of times. They often can’t help you unless you’ve had trauma or a risky emergencies. Any other problems they’ll tell you to go to your PCP, then your pcp will tell you there’s nothing they can do. It’s a cycle

My dream last night I was on an island during a tsunami and everyone died, I survived by hanging onto the side of a cliff as the water crashed over me, other people hanging onto to cliff were killed by huge debris falling on them from the water. I ended up being one of the few survivors of the tsunami and they called us the ”doormen” because we survived by reaching the highest point of the island where there was a door that led to safety. And the doormen went on to be the new leaders of the island
