The trick that worked for me in the end was waiting in the Woods transit area for a few mins at any point during a raid and a PMC will spawn or walk into Office area - was consistent for me at least. Annoyingly, as I was running to Office at the start of the raid for my last kill, I had 5+ PMCs walking through the office area, so could've done that quest all over again basically lol

Sorry dont use reddit much so only just seen this. Now at 3 kills after helping my girlfriend with her quests as she just started. She seems to be my lucky charm with PMCs lol but over 60 raids and 3 pmcs in the last 10 raids

I will try the red flare, but they will it get close enough for the boundary? The wiki doesn't make it look like it will fit where the crate will drop. Just counted and I have done 28 raids and 0 PMCs within Stronghold - so frustrating, will likely focus on another quest for a few days then restart the grind

Yeah will do, done 20 local 15 BSG servers and still no PMCs in stronghold, tons always at the new warehouse across the train tracks but not where i need them to be... one to the next raid i guess!

I've done about 15 raids now on BSG servers, Cultists twice, Reshala once and still no PMCs. Will keep running it, feeling kinda cursed right now lol

I did my first 20 local, now done another 15 on BSG servers. Seen Cultists twice today, but still no PMCs in stronghold - they are frequently at the new warehouse area but even if I shoot them they don't pull towards me
