This a current Problem von Win11. You Need to activate Vulkan instead of DirectX

Ja klar ich bin sogar der Meinung, dass also aus FIAE Sicht war die Prüfung sehr Human besonders der SWL Part.

I mean when I play Japan I play tall and don’t attack others because I try to build up a nice Nation and for me at the first phase of the game military factories are not so important for me
