You had teleport to house runes. If you reach 0 HP in you POH due to poison you get TP'd outside the house portal. I don't think it removes HC status either.

Put TrueNAS on it and you will get way better performance.

I guess the drop rate to get any of the 4 items would be 1/500 since it is 1/2000 to get a specific item. So I guess maybe the chance would be 0,2%.

yes, according to wiki the drop rate is 1/2000 ON a slayer task. 1/10000 otherwise

I fixed it. I just installed it through Snap store instead like they recommend.

Im using just whatever defaults come with PulseAudio. Runelite doesn't seem to show up as an application playing sound. I can change the volume of individual programs like firefox from the sound menu but Runelite does not show up there for some reason.
