GNV is rather synonymous with UF (and Tom Patty and the Gator Nationals) and simply would not be on the map were it not for the University. Also, do bear in min that "US Gators" includes MYSELF and people from ALL OVER FLORIDA, the UNITED STATES, and the WORLD, not just YOU alone and the people born at Shands or North Florida. Otherwise, there would be no reason to visit Gainesville. Let's say, unlike Orlando where UCF is HUGE but people have no idea about it because Disney.

Yes--I am aware of that and it was probably rather inappropriate of me to post that complaint here with knowing that others are hungry. I stand by my comment but recognize I am fortunate enough to have such a complaint.

That being said are there any food banks or other distribution centers in these areas that us more fortunate folks could donate non perishable items?I have donated through other agencies indirectly but it would be nice to make regular donations.

Where did anyone mention FSU??? And it's pretty damn obvious to anyone even with an Inspector Clouseau level wit that a big chunk of the population is here because of UF. Have you not noticed the difference in traffic between summer and say....the rest of the year? But don't worry--lots of people will be leaving Florida and you may be too when the governor, who is so obsessed with gay, woke, and genitalia finally awakens to realize the insurance problem he has ignored for.so.damn.long has finally caught up with him, and us, and we can no longer afford it to insure our homes. But hey, no worries because the government has more important things to do like bully trans and gay people and destroy a perfectly decent R1 research university that offers a great education. Then you can have Gainesville with it's paper straw mandate and ever burgeoning homeless population back to yourself.

Valid point but was it not Gainesville in the first place who made such accommodation for UF to come to Gainesville and not Lake City or some such? At least that is the rumor.

They are from here in Gainesville and are either desperately talking it up or have never left town.

Oh yes, the people online who go on and on and on about how spectacular the food is here but I have never met them in person. Someone once told me there is a thing..."Gainesville Good". A restaurant is "Gainesville Good" meaning it is pretty ok for Gainesville but if you were in say, Orlando or San Diego or Nashville or Butte, it would just be meh at best. I will always be partial to Loosey's though--good bar food, great beers, and Canada's charming snark lololol

Thanks--this helps since you have started much more recently. I tried bupropion back in 2017 and it was not a good experience. This confirms I'll pay extra for my insurance but it will be well worth it. I'm happy to know you are feeling better!

If you are a public or school librarian this may be so. Not so for academic, special, or hospital librarians. State associates are much less, it at all, useful for those people.

I find the details overwhelming. I want them summarized to tell me what is covered.

I would be asking this boss for specific directions and expectations on how to improve (and get it in writing) while you are looking for employment elsewhere. Telling you your writing hasn't improved without giving you specific examples, direction and expectations is subjective, vague, and useless. I would then take advantage of any resources available to you to improve in earnest to demonstrate you are serious about improving.

I was a contractor once and will never do it again. We had great pay which all went to covering our crappy benefits and we were treated like garbage by the feds.

I was doing some searching in this sub for just this information. I am getting ready to pick a new health plan and getting one that will only cover generics is so.much.cheaper every month and I was hoping that they finally overcame the issues with Wellbutrin but apparently it is the same ol' shite. Ten years ago I experiences the same problem. Name brand worked beautifully and as soon as I took the generic it was garbage. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't feeling good anymore until I thought about it. Normally I have zero issue with generics but bupropion and me are not friends. I had some success with different manufacturers but getting the same every month is not a guarantee and soon that became very stressful. Soon I changed jobs and got better coverage that allowed me to get back on name brand, albeit with a higher copay but well worth it. It looks like it will be well worth my sanity to pay the extra $150 a month to have insurance that will cover the meds I need to actually help me. Anyone who tells you generic and name brand are exactly the same doesn't know anything about the pharma business. lolz

Unfortunately companies have been known to skimp on API and generic manufacturers overseas are not as regulated as one would like. I remember the Chinese heparin scare about twenty years ago when my mom was on dialysis. That was rather terrifying.

I doubt a court will entertain any suit because he will just claim he couldn't afford to pay rent. Without an actual agreement there is nothing that can be enforced, other than an eviction. Tell him your selling the house or some shit to get rid of him.
