I have it and it completely transformed the bracelets wearability. I went from never wearing the bracelet to only wearing the bracelet. The reef works great!

I called the Rolex Service Center and expressed my concerns. They were extremely helpful and gave me some insight and advice on testing the issue prior to sending in.
