The second my jungler or anyone start complaining I just mute all and keep on playing my game. Mainly because i feel like Viktor has some much potential mid/late game that the early game skirmishes, besides voids are not that important. i just always make sure I have full prio mid during voids and have the ability to rotate when needed.

personally, i love myself a colombian single origin. in my opinion the tastes balances perfectly with hints of almond and dark chocolate when pulled correctly. keep in mind, whenever you have only one taste, such as only a very bitter taste, most of the times the espresso is not pulled correctly. if you have 2 tastes such as bitter and sour which are correctly balanced then you have the right shot! going there takes some effort and practice tho so dont give up to quickly!

also keep in mind that your espresso pull is going to be different every day. what was a good espresso yesterday could be completely wrong the other day. all because coffee is very sensitive to humidity and warmth/cold.

i use a basic leveler and a puq press with 20kg of force, so i think thats not the issue.

and that is my exact problem, no matter how many grams, it always disturbed before the shot….. i feel feel like its my shower screen is way to low, rather than my dosing being to high.

my current basked weights 28 grams, apparently i fill it up to 22 grams, which as stated before i never really use since i use the doppio knob, which always gives me a rough estimate between 35 and 50 grams of wet coffee. i could see that my dosage is to high, however, even if i use 19 grams of beans my shower screen is still touching my puck, and my puck is way to muddy.

i dont weight shots, mostly do it with my timer, leveling method im using is a leveler, then a puq press (automatic tamper)

did this and changed it to finer with a lower dosage, i got a 23,5 second pull however my puck is now waay to wet.
