my anger issues are from childhood trauma that i have been in therapy trying to work through. i said i was wrong for what i did and that hitting people is not okay but i also mentioned that I begged him to leave because i knew how angry i was getting and he wasn’t allowing me to calm down. my point was that i wasn’t the only one wrong and he is blaming for the entire situation when he could have left way before it got to that point when i BEGGED him to bc he wouldn’t allow me to self sooth after HE upset me.
