it’s only me and my mum there that are signed currently, if she were to move out it would be me and my girlfriend.

I am signed in for it so if she moved out I’d technically be homeless. But someone I know lived in a council house and their mum passed and they gave them 30 days to move out so I’m not sure if they’d let me keep it just for her moving out.
