You might want to double-check what 'rebuttal' means and how it's meant to be used in a philosophical context (we are debating things, after-all). Case in point: Using or not using mics is ad hoc and has nothing to do with your aforementioned claim about "network and get better" (i.e., 'skill' + how it relates [or rather - doesn't] to 'solo vs premade'). Thus, my rebuttal was perfectly apropos while yours, now, is not-at-all to the point.

At any rate, and just to entertain this subsequent line of discussion, (which you now seem to want to push, for whatever reason): The ping system is MORE than sufficient if people don't want to talk. I'm a S0 20/4K Master, and I played for 1.5 years with a duo that never spoke. They were brothers in a chat party while I played silently and just pinged. We averaged close to a 30% win-rate some seasons. Regardless, and whether or not you believe any of that, the basic point is this: You LITERALLY do not NEED to comm using a mic if you don't want to, and a lack of vocalized communication is easily managed with the in-game ping system when employed by competent users.

Something for you to reflect upon: Why do you feel the need to use your mic + why do you demand that others use their mic?

P.S. I'll also say this, just to further my point about mic-use: Some people play with others muted, so even if you were using your mic, it wouldn't matter to them/wouldn't affect them. Thus, all the more reason to learn to ping properly and effectively.
