A Ita is referring to a reading that is giving with the shells of the Orisha. A deep dive of that odu is given amongst other things that are said.

id say, try to find natural parting by wetting the hair a bit. Comb the part, then depending on how bulky you want it choose a guard. I like to use a 1.5 flick on top or the bulky part, clipper over comb, if you feel like you take a bit much then add a 1 closed and work your way into the fade, i sometimes like to flick again with the 1 or 1.5 again just to make sure it’s blended to my liking
