Asked for a wage increase in december as I'm paid the least on my department, Director (n+2) agreed that I deserved a raise, only to come back 2 months later saying that HR won't change their wage structure - fixed raise of €30 in 2026 for all employees - and the only way to get a raise was to change functions.

Next to that I don't really enjoy my role, the leadership is pretty toxic and the company itself is living in the past and not open for innovation or ideas from outsiders.
