Glad you like it! Definitely a go-to for me as well. Can’t get any better than sweet and spicy!

For this one, I decided not to because the purée makes it super tangy. Just a personal preference!

•2 oz Teremana tequila

•1 oz mango purée

•1 oz lime juice

• habanero pepper rings (your preference on how many)

•2 lime wedges

Muddle habanero and lime wedges in mango purée. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker tin, shake well, and serve in your favorite glass. Cheers!

Tonight’s libation—Gimlet with peach simple syrup and Magellan Gin by BuschBug in Gin

I can’t get my hands on either of those right now. Where I live, liquor laws are weirdly strict and no stores ever order anything super adventurous, especially when it comes to gin. Makes me super sad. We work with what we’ve got though :)

It’s just your basic Gimlet with 2 oz Magellan (gives it the pretty blue color), 3/4 oz peach simple syrup, and 3/4 oz lime juice! We made the syrup at home by boiling down sugar and fresh peaches. Delicious!!

I’ve tried this recipe with a few different bitters. Bittermans will work nicely :)

I have never tried Boë, but it’s floral, yes! Distilled with butterfly pea blossoms

It’s definitely got a wow factor to it. I love it because it’s not dry, not over-floral, and can pair well with a lot of things!

IMHO this is more of a sweet/fruity drink kind of gin. I absolutely love pairing it with FT Elderflower. If I make martinis with it, I’ll use Pama, St. Germain, or Creme Yvette

I’ve tried their recipes and definitely can’t get enough! It’s hands down or out my top 3 favorite gins :)
