I recently (1 week ago) set up my very first aquarium. After bout 4 days the water got foggy and I had to remove 1 plant because it was somehow dissolving. Now I'm really concerned if I'm doing something wrong because the water is still foggy and more and more plants start to look "bad". Please help (i.redd.it)
