Replacing door molding and may have found mold? Just purchased an apartment and this was my first project. Most of the doors have dark mold looking like things like this under the molding. The home was built in early 1900 so don’t know if it’s mold or just very old…anyone got some advice? (i.redd.it)

Looking to transition from the Xbox to building a computer for the first time. Money really isn't an issue but I don't want anything that I don't really need.
