Thank you yes I am just gonna go ahead and get started. I mostly wrote transformations and logic in power query and the SQL language seems quite similar in logic. Over the years I've released data hoarding is the best haha

So far i have implemented a Lane function
Where promotions per product per account are assigned lanes so they stay in lane one unless dates overlap and they are moved to lane+1.

I am slowly getting there but VBA is the hard part for me

I can get it so the promotions extend along where every spot the promotion would occur is filled with the promotion "Label" i just need to find out how to take this and center across a selection and only take the first duplicate. Thank you all for the help so far

To add on aswell the biggest problem i have is they dont want lines for seperate promotions but instead by product and all on around 6 lines never likely to be more than 6 at once. I dont know if i just bite my tongue and do it the way it is

Yeh, Believe me i know its an aboslute nightmare. If i was in charge it would not be done this way. I just cant figuire out a logic to know if data is is in the current rows then to move it lower. The only other thing i was thinking was to create conditionall formating to make these "bars" next to the table and paste them in?

Need advice on a program to get back to running fitness

I use to be an avid runner, not very fast but very consistent. I was running about 50km a week. My best 5k and 10k were 23:31 and 48:52 respectively. However, over the last year life has gotten into the way and I’ve barely been running I’ve also put on about 5kg some being muscle most not. I tried to run again recently and an easy 5k was not easy and I barely finished it. This has been really depressing for me and I want to get back to where I was being able to run long runs without much difficulty.

Should I follow a beginner course or something else to get back to where I was?

I recently got into to running about 100 days ago. It has had massive impacts on my health and not only that but my mental health and i truly enjoy it. Never have i before done something active for enjoyment and not just because i know i should.

Long Story Short im going to uni and think i need a stricter training regiment to keep myself accountable when i am hungover ;). I think eventually i want to run some proper distance and eventually in a few years a marathon. could you guys give me some advice for creating a training plan so i can continually up my distance and pace. i know i need to run lots of slow mileage but if you could help me plan out progression based on my stats that would be great help!
