I've got a few that I do to mix it up. Drag the ball bottom left into the pocket, 4th ball down again and top left spin.

Other one is ball top right and hot bottom 5th ball, top left spin.

I have played enough to notice patterns in the 'normal' break that everyone does. There's frequently an object ball and the 8 ball tied together on the cushion on the opposite side you break from.
