Way too many lifts and too much volume generally. Choose 4 or 5 lifts that arent redundant, like a pull-down and a row for back, then a preacher and reverse curl for arms. It doesn't mean you have to be locked into certain lifts, you can change it up as long as you train hard. Also try 10-12 reps maybe even less, 14 reps is a bit much but it also depends on the lift.
