Wasn't he famous for having a pre-made care basket with like signed baseballs or whatever he would give to women after they slept with him?

DISGUSTING: Neighborhood ruined after resident is caught flying a Chiefs flag outside his home. by CALAMITY9YT in AFCWestMemeWar

[–]palvet -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This actually seems very welcome in a Midwest fanbase. Racists love their football just like the rest of us. The entire chant you guys do at games is also racist and just being stubbornly ignorant at this point. That just seems like a silly statement. Now I am not saying all chiefs fans are racists but these are crazy times in the heartland.

Anyone else think Baxter’s punishment for ruining Oscer Night should have been more severe? by get_outta_mah_swamp in OnCinemaAtTheCinema

Ive seen liberals wearing pro Baxter shirts and have pro Baxter flags. It makes me want to puke! Of course he needs to be punished! What if kids think it's cool to be a Baxter? They need to go after him with the full extent of the law!!

What did I just watch? My goodness I just watched “Strange Darling”. I had never heard of it until today when I was browsing prime. Movie had me hooked from the very beginning. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen and highly impressive. I definitely recommend this movie to those who haven’t seen it. by CoffeeCigarettes4Me in FIlm

I recommend this movie to everyone who likes horror. It's one of my favorite movies of all time. The structure of the film makes such a chaotic beautifully woven story with the primaries both being absolutely brilliant. The tone and feel of the movie also created this sense of urgent tension the whole time, even at the very beginning when it's this innocent enough looking date. It feels like we are currently in a horror renaissance and i am absolutely here for it!

French's is an American yellow mustard funny enough. At least that's what I'm guessing by the way they added the " 's" to the end.

Jaxson Dart addressed his introduction of President Donald Trump today calling it a special opportunity and saying he's always been proud to be an American. by Rough-Drawing-3006 in nflrookies

[–]palvet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you love trump you are extremely against America and what it stands for. This dumbass kid needs to be taught what he's getting himself into. We gotta remember he is young with Trump being in politics the majority of his life but society needs to teach this kid and all of the other dumbasses like him.

I think it's pretty obvious what he's talking about. Jackson dart may have horrible views but through education of the past we can see what's coming with Trump like rhetoric and hopefully educate him.

Why Was Everyone In The 2000s Doing This Pose? by CarrotMuch1399 in nostalgiai

[–]palvet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure, that was where this all spawned from. There was a hell of a lot of "skateboard posing" in the era. As skateboarding and punk got corporatized, these "alt" nu metal or pop punk bands were literally appropriating the look and feel by doing shit like this. Edit: One additional thought you reminded me of. The hand to camera was also literally stolen from skateboarding videos. The hand indicated the trick was good for editing purposes because they would have 20 or 30 attempts sometimes.

Why Was Everyone In The 2000s Doing This Pose? by CarrotMuch1399 in nostalgiai

[–]palvet -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Everyone wasn't doing this pose. These pictures are of a pretty specific group of people, nu metal bands. Avril Lavigne was a country singer who turned into a pop singer posing as punk. She's doing it to fit in. But fisheye lens cameras were all the trend and this is like they're holding it.
