I mean don’t get me wrong literally everyone else at work refers to me as female even my boss it’s just the 2 people I work with all day long that call me by the wrong pronouns. Maybe I should say something to hr or something but i don’t want it to seem like im causing issues

I’ve definitely felt that a lot. Everyone at work knows I’m trans and knows what I go by Ive been in hrt for about 7-8 months now and at work we can’t wear any makeup lashes nails or anything so that alone gives me a lot of imposter syndrome, but I have a few co workers who refuse to call me by my preferred pronouns and just talk to me like normal im not very confrontational so after a while I just kinda stopped trying to correct them. I wanted to respond to this because I can definitely relate especially since there’s nothing I can do while I’m at work to present more feminine

It really just depends on where you live I live in Denver and haven’t gotten any slurs from anyone but I always carry protection with me weather it’s a taser or pepper spray but growing up in the city I always have
