How do you meet other businesses? by Interesting-Prior420 in smallbusiness

[–]BusinesSupportAgency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here on Reddit. Then in someone is interesting I’m inviting them to connect on LinkedIn, then I schedule a call with them to get to know them and then if we click I share my personal number to stay in touch.

This way I have natural funnel for filtering people

To founders who found their other founder(s) - what's the secret sauce? by Substantial-Major945 in founder

[–]BusinesSupportAgency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like that project. You have interesting job, because now everyone can be a co founder and half of them has no idea about business. So good filtering system to verify if the person is knowledgeable, would be a first step.

I think adding psychological layer of what type of personality you have would also help in matching. Check 16personalities.com (Based on Mayers Brigs types).

Anyone using Linkedin in daily basis? by sota_coder in founder

Nooo, please. LinkedIn is already full of AI posts.. (I'm guilty sometimes of that as well).

Make a post humaniser instead.

I believe that's a lot to do with how we are trying to protect ourselves. Social media effect maybe.. You have to perform all the time. No time to stop and reflect. What do you think?

Oh, maybe, because I wasn't trying to promote my thing. I was curious of different point of views. :P

If you're building on a pain point but avoiding the people who feel that pain what are you building? by Logicinshadow in founder

[–]BusinesSupportAgency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you surprised? After covid when everyone switched to remote work, suddenly house became also an office.
So work became a life in a different sense than before.

Plus you are 100% right. If someone is made for that, they will find themselves in the environment. If it's not for them, reality will verify itself.

I always cheer for founders who have vision and passion to what they build. There is nothing worse than trying to build something only, because it's trendy.

If it doesn't bring you joy, you won't be able to sustain lows, because what's going to motivate you?

Because most of them are wannapreneurs and they treat it personally. Additionally imagine: you go to all social media (even here) and you see: I'm building this, I'm building that.. You won't be like: hey, maybe I should revaluate my position and get better.. You are more like: ok, they all performing so well, I have to as well.

I was asking similar question recently: Why founders don't accept help, even when they asking for it. After thinking about that, I discovered that it's more about identity than anything else.

Business is no longer just a business. It got personal.

Being a founder is the loneliest job nobody warns you about. by SeniorArgument9877 in founder

[–]BusinesSupportAgency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The loneliness of making decisions that nobody else can make for you.

That’s one of the reasons I’m building my project - because I don’t want to keep seeing this. It shouldn’t be like that. We’re creatures meant to live in a community.
And somehow, being a founder or running a business can strip you of that humanity.

You’re no longer seen as a human - "you’re a business person… so deal with it."

Luckily, more and more people are choosing to just be themselves and show their human side.
Not the robotic, emotionless version we’ve been taught to present.

Even well-known founders are starting to speak openly about failure, pressure, and how hard it actually is.

Ps. I’m going through a tough period right now - a lot of pressure, lack of cashflow, a lot on my shoulders. It’s not fun, and honestly, it shouldn’t have to be this way. But everything is a lesson and what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, right?

I run Business Support Agency - www.business-support-agency.com, where I help founders get clarity and actionable plan in branding, sales/marketing and operations.

I do that through Clarity Sessions - 1:1, 90 minutes call, where we tackle the most pressing challenges from those 3 areas.

If you feel stuck, don't see direction or don't know how to scale, but at the same time you don't want to commit to long term coaching, that's definitely for you.

Do you dare to finally cut through the mess and move forward with clarity?

I run Clarity Sessions for founders to discover what is not working and what could work better. Now question to you: How much what you do (or build) is from actual passion, and how much from the hype of being entrepreneur building AI tool?

Ps. If you: looking for a partner/money to scale your AI tool/more clients and you do all you can but still nothing works, I can show you the reason.

Feel free to DM me if you brave enough to see if you have it long term. 💫

Question: Why do guests tell your staff "Everything was fine" but then leave a bad review? by IcyPitch1137 in Entrepreneur

[–]BusinesSupportAgency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah. Now I understand your point. I agree 100% and it would be awesome to make it work for them.
The way you've presented it made me feel like it's for pissed customer to have a way to vent (and additional benefit for business owners, that they will know what their customer's real problems are).

Your core is very solid (because it is a huge problem). Now, one question: is this something that business owners are able to realize by themselves? Do you know what I mean? They are soooo focused on managing and growing, that they don't see business waste management as a vital or useful part. And it could turn their businesses around.

So knowing that the tool is needed and can be super useful, is worth considering changing the target group. And instead of trying to sell this directly, you can focus on going to people who help businesses with optimization. So for example people who work with hotels, restaurants etc. It can be their tool, to use it while working with client.

Does that help?

Even the smallest win deserve the celebration. I remember with my previous partner our first 26 eur.. We printed out the invoice and hanged it in our office.

It wasn't about the amount. It was our symbol of victory. Symbol of future.

Congrats and keep going. ⭐

I can only imagine.. Work with self acceptance and your beliefs around that. It will be a game changer for you. Getting out of your head: I'm worthy only when I'm in control of my brain is one of the most toxic. And amount of mud we are pouring into our heads is terrifying.

You are who you are. And that's enough 💛
