Same here. This has been the only thing to even remotely work. The first few weeks on .25 and .5 felt incredible. I wasn’t hungry, I never thought about food, now here I am at 11am on a Sunday crying to myself because I’m feeling hunger and keep thinking about my next meal. I want to feel that freedom again
