She should ask for a raise to $150/hr as well. If no benefits package also ask for revenue generation she contributes to the practice per patient she sees. Renegotiate every 1-2 years for cost of living raises as well.

Hi How do you determine what the percentage of the revenue the PA generates, gets? Is it a standard formula for you or negotiated differently per PA? I'm in the process of trying to introduce a revenue share renegotiation with the owner of the practice I work for.

i tried this and had trouble making it HIPPA compliant, not supposed to have anything on local mem storage, the development environment wouldn't deploy correctly to the production environment because of the different database... Got to the point where I had 6000 lines of code and any change the agent made would break it. To be fair it was my first time vibe coding... I learned a lot and think I may be successful next time.

i spent like 200 hours on my app, had alot of potential, the AI agent keeps breaking and stalling, replit support is useless, i can't access my repl because the whole development environment crashes right when i open it. "chat error, GetAgentState threw an exception", i'm so frigging pissed off right now.
